Donella Maez Irby, Home Administrator
Donella is a life-long resident of New Mexico and was born and raised in Albuquerque’s north valley. She has lived in Los Lunas for the last 15 years with her husband of 20 years, Bill Irby. Raised by her grandparents, along with her three younger brothers after the death of her parents when she was 10 years old, Donella grew up believing in personal accountability and responsibility. Her grandmother, who died at 98 in 2005, was the most influential person in her life. Donella's professional background includes working with many charities and involves advertising, public relations, and nonprofit administration and management.

El Ranchito De Los Ninos

is a safe, loving home where children grow in a supportive, family farm setting. Education, personal responsibility and charity to and from others guide us as we strive to provide an alternative to foster care. Our goals are to give siblings a stable home in which they may grow to adulthood together. All ages of children, 0 to 18, are considered for admission to our home. Our preference is for an entire sibling group to be placed in El Ranchito de los Niños.
